Our Classic Full Home Staging is offered primarily for vacant homes. A Full Home Stage includes the staging of the entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and all the bathrooms for 90 days.   

Our process for staging is simple. We first schedule a time to view the home, so we can get an idea of what the home looks like and know what we will need to bring. We will then do an estimate and send a proposal via email for your home free of charge. From there, we will schedule dates for our professional design team to stage the home with a formal contract to follow.

Pricing begins at $2,195 for our Classic Full Home Stage. Room add-ons are available beginning at $350 per space. That bonus room could be anything from an office space to an extra family room. Need a custom solution? Give us a call!

A consultation is a service we offer for property owners that provides recommendations for getting your home ready to be put on the market working with what you already have in your home. Often times people get used to the way their home looks from living in it everyday. Our goal in our one hour consulting appointment is to be a fresh set of eyes and to bring in a different perspective from a staging and marketing standpoint for your home. During the appointment, we will go through the entire home room by room, take notes of all of our recommendations and go over all of them all with the property owner. Our suggestions encompass everything from furniture layouts, to lighting suggestions, to something as simple as depersonalization of a space. We aim to answer any questions or concerns you may have at that time and also email you a copy of our notes within 24 hours. We love getting to meet new people and aim to help make your selling process as seamless as possible from a staging standpoint. Pricing for a one hour consultation is $125.
