What does a Full House Staging include? The Classic Full Home Staging includes the staging of the entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedrooms, and all bathrooms for 90 days.

Do you have insurance that covers all your furniture? Yes, our inventory is covered!

How long will a stage take? A stage will take up to two days - one day for a furniture drop and one additional day for staging. 

Once my home sells what is the process of removing the staged furniture? We ask for a 7 business day notice to move the furniture out of the home. 

What is an estimate? An estimate is when a member of our team comes to view a home you are interested in having staged. We will compile the notes we need to complete a staging and send you a formal proposal via email. Estimates are complimentary! 

Can I extend my staging contract? Absolutely! The initial staging contract is for 90 days. If you wish to extend the contract on a month to month basis after the 90 days you may do so for $500/month. Approximately three weeks before the contract ends we will contact you to touch base and see how things are going. 

How much does a Full House Staging cost? Pricing begins at just $2,195 for a Full Home Stage. Additional room add-ons are available beginning at $350 per space.

What form of payments do you accept? We gladly accept cash, checks or you can pay online via your invoice.
